  • Today we have more than 490,000 products from over 1,300 suppliers. We're continuously expanding access to more products.

    Yes, the app is available for both iOS and Android.

    Full access costs around €3.50 per month, or €35 per year. Exact pricing depends on your region.

    With full access you can scan unlimited products. Without full access you can do 2 scans for free.

    Frifor detects the 14 most common allergens required to be declared: gluten-containing cereals, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soy, milk, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, sulfur dioxide and sulfites, lupin, and molluscs.

  • The barcode is read using your phone's camera. Hold the barcode within the marked box in the app and product information will appear automatically.

    Yes, it works in all major grocery stores in Norway and Sweden. There are a few suppliers we don't have access to yet, but we're working on it.

    Yes. You get a clear overview of both ingredients and nutrition for the products you scan.

    No. The trial is free and can be canceled at any time.

    You can choose to track gluten closely, and it will always appear first if a product contains multiple allergens.

  • Frifor collects data from multiple sources and consolidates it in our database. If manufacturers change a product without changing the barcode, information may be temporarily out of sync. We strive to keep it as accurate and up to date as possible.

    Yes. The subscription can be shared via Family Sharing in the App Store or Family Library in Google Play.

    Place the barcode in the center of the scanner frame. Move the scanner closer or farther. Use the flashlight if it's too dark.

    No. There is no binding period. Both the subscription and the free trial can be canceled at any time.
